Project onboarding

Let's get your project set up properly.

This questionnaire takes about 15–20 minutes and gives us everything we need to build your website, local search presence, and reporting the right way — first time. Answers don't have to be perfect or complete; write what you know and we'll fill the gaps together. You can close this page at any time and pick up where you left off.

We'll need your business name to get started.

Let us know who we're working with.

That email doesn't look quite right — check for typos?

A phone number helps us reach you quickly if anything's urgent.

Section 2

Access & logins

Tick what you have access to, and add any notes (like which platform it's on, or who holds the login). Please don't paste passwords here — we'll arrange a secure way to share them below.

What can you give us access to?

Pick whichever option feels easiest — we can always change it.

Section 3

Business basics

The everyday details customers rely on. We'll make sure these are consistent everywhere you appear online.

Trading hours Untick a day to mark it closed.

Your address helps customers (and Google) find you.

Add the number customers should see.

Section 4

Products, services & menu

List what you offer. A rough version is fine — names and prices matter most, and you can add just your key items if the full list is long.

Add at least one item — even just a name is a great start.

Section 5

What should visitors do?

Every page will point people towards an action. Tell us which actions matter, then put them in order of importance — we'll design around your number one.

Actions you want visitors to take

Choose at least one — "Call us" is a safe default if unsure.

Section 6

Brand & visual assets

Whatever exists today — even "we only have a logo on a coffee cup" is useful to know.

For large files (or lots of photos), just email them to us or share a Drive/Dropbox link in the notes below — no need to squeeze everything through this form.

Is new photography in scope for this project?

Section 7

Site content & pages

Which pages should exist, and the story behind the business. Bullet points are welcome — we'll do the polishing.

Pages you'd like

Tick at least one page, or name one in "Other".

Section 8

Local search

Think about what a customer would actually type into Google to find a business like yours — e.g. "pizza delivery hawera" or "electrician near me".

Search terms that matter most

Add at least one search term — your best guess is genuinely useful.

Section 9

Timeline, approvals & admin

The practical details that keep the project moving smoothly.

Naming one decision-maker now saves weeks later — who has the final say?

Review your answers

A quick read-through before you send. Use "Edit" to jump back to any section — nothing will be lost.

All done — thank you!

Your answers are with us. We'll read everything carefully and come back to you within two working days with next steps. If anything springs to mind later, just email us.
